The hotel did not meet our expectations compared to what was presented online. The rooms appeared neglected and cleanliness could be improved, as we also noticed insects. Communication was difficult since the staff did not speak English, which made certain situations challenging. Unfortunately, the prices are similar to those of five-star hotels, but the overall standard does not reflect this level.

Unfortunately, our stay at Világos Hotel was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price point.
The entire hotel, including the rooms, looks significantly different from the photos shown online and does not meet Central European standards in terms of quality and cleanliness.
The hotel grounds were poorly maintained — spider webs in the room, an unkempt garden, and overgrown bushes contributed to a generally neglected appearance.
Both breakfast and dinner were barely edible. For example, the cold cuts were served in unappetizing 0.5 cm thick slices, which made the meals unappealing.
The shower had visible mold, which is unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone at this price level.
Although we had agreed in advance on an early departure due to personal reasons, the hotel still attempted to charge us for the unused night, which felt dishonest and unprofessional.

Conclusion: We cannot recommend this hotel and will avoid it in the future.

Preis-Leistung passt. Sicherlich könnte man das WLAN in den Zimmern bemängeln oder das es beim Essen nicht sehr viel Wahlmöglichkeiten gibt, aber dann wurde es ja auch mehr kosten. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und bemüht auf Wünsche einzugehen, das Essen war lecker, das Zimmer hat gepasst und die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft, deshalb 5 Sterne
