Cancellation policy:
- The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.
- If cancelled within 72-24 hours, a cancellation fee of 30% must be paid.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% has to be paid.
Terms of payment:
- When booking, a deposit of 30% must be paid within 10 calendar days after receipt of the booking confirmation.
- The remaining amount is to be paid either before arrival or on site using the final invoice.
- In the event of non-payment, the room reservation will be automatically cancelled.
