The price does not include
- The tourist tax for guests over 18 years of age, which is 4%.

Cancellation policy:
- Reservation can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival without penalty.
- Cancellation within 7 day or no-show will incur a 30% penalty.
Terms of payment:
- A 30% deposit is payable by bank transfer within 3 calendar days of confirmation from the accommodation.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Master, Maestro, Visa Electron)
